creatine and protein can be taken everyday together. try searching the forum theres loads of advice on how to take your supplements. Although i do think that your workout days is not enough. why only arms and chest though? shoulders are important too if you wanna develop the beach bod look.

although iirc i think it was 1g/lbs to maintain and more than that to grow. i might be wrong though.
