I'm currently focusing on working out my arms and chest so every week i go gym 2 times, one day for arms and the other for chest. i normally go on tuesday and wednesday. Before i go gym i'll take creatine and after working out i'll take creatine again and protein plus glutamine and meats stuff. my question is, do i need to take creatine and protein on the day when i'm not working out? i normally take creatine only for tuesday and wednesday. protein for tuesday till friday. since after friday i normally don't feel any pain at the muscle anymore.

yeah.. one week i train only two days. first reason being i am really busy nowadays. i could only squeeze 2 days a week for workout. when I'm free during sunday, the gym i used to go is close doh.gif
Another reason i don't train shoulder and abs is because i already have a broad shoulder ( i used to swim and work out a lot on the shoulder) and flat abs cause i used to kinda skinny without tummy..so now i just wanna make my body thicker by training on the chest and arms..

I believe what mike meant was not the frequency of training chest and arms, but rather that he was ONLY training chest and arms.

so one week i work out two days but i gotta take creatine and protein everyday???4 out of 7 days are not enough stil uh?? then my wallet wil have holes d .. lol ..

Hi, can i know what's the best way to prepare creatine? shake or stir or just gulp em down? creatine is just hard to dissolve..

i know we gotta take 1g protein for every pound. is it good if we take over than tat?? any side effect for having too much of protein ?
