yeah.. one week i train only two days. first reason being i am really busy nowadays. i could only squeeze 2 days a week for workout. when I'm free during sunday, the gym i used to go is close
Another reason i don't train shoulder and abs is because i already have a broad shoulder ( i used to swim and work out a lot on the shoulder) and flat abs cause i used to kinda skinny without tummy..so now i just wanna make my body thicker by training on the chest and arms..

I believe what mike meant was not the frequency of training chest and arms, but rather that he was ONLY training chest and arms.
