 creatine and protein

I'm currently focusing on working out my arms and chest so every week i go gym 2 times, one day for arms and the other for chest. i normally go on tuesday and wednesday. Before i go gym i'll take creatine and after working out i'll take creatine again and protein plus glutamine and meats stuff. my question is, do i need to take creatine and protein on the day when i'm not working out? i normally take creatine only for tuesday and wednesday. protein for tuesday till friday. since after friday i normally don't feel any pain at the muscle anymore.

creatine and protein can be taken everyday together. try searching the forum theres loads of advice on how to take your supplements. Although i do think that your workout days is not enough. why only arms and chest though? shoulders are important too if you wanna develop the beach bod look.

Creatine and protein everyday. Not much point in giving your body some one day and then your body finds nothing in the tank on others.

I believe what mike meant was not the frequency of training chest and arms, but rather that he was ONLY training chest and arms.

yeah.. one week i train only two days. first reason being i am really busy nowadays. i could only squeeze 2 days a week for workout. when I'm free during sunday, the gym i used to go is close doh.gif
Another reason i don't train shoulder and abs is because i already have a broad shoulder ( i used to swim and work out a lot on the shoulder) and flat abs cause i used to kinda skinny without tummy..so now i just wanna make my body thicker by training on the chest and arms..

bodybuilding isnt a cheap hobby dude...if youre going to gym just to exercise and get fit then its not a prob but if youre bbing then u need to spend more...what you feed your body counts ...but you can always take in real foods ...oats,milk,eggs is good protein source...

Hi, can i know what's the best way to prepare creatine? shake or stir or just gulp em down? creatine is just hard to dissolve..

You eat oats? If so, what do you think of the GI of instant oats and steel cut oats and whether u think it's necessary to eat steel cut oats for both cutting and bulking phases?

Btw oats is a "good protein source"?

mix with warm water, dissolve amazingly fast

Carb source more likely. The ratio for carbs over protein is alot higher, i dunno how much oat u got to eat to get 30g of protein. lol

I m training in the morning, only once a while at night, but the crowd is crazy during night time. U r permanent in TF?

Yeah, the crowd is fine. I always train around 7-9pm. No matter how many people it's never crowded, not like FF.

My sis frequents that place. I still love TF Jaya `. Damn a lot of hardcore fellas there. Then of course there're the regular posers and bench press tag teams and assholes who leave dumbbells all over the place.

yeah i saw them on saturday session. Oh yes, hate those mofos, never bother to put back their freaking weight. hehe poser happens alot, even there is no much ppl in the morning i still met quite a numbers of them, just yesterday morning, theres one dude with 2 gals, trying to be smart asking the gal to bench and advise them... "U got to lock ur arm when u come up" lol.

I saw this young punk picking up 2 barbells and setting them down. He curled both, put one back and left the other there. I asked him if he was gonna put it back cos if I trip over it and get hurt, I get annoyed. People don't like it when I get annoyed. He said ok sorry and put it back. The PT's who were watching gave me the thumbs up sign. Lol. Seriously feel sorry for them, ain't their mess but they're forced to clean up after those uneducated lowlifes.
