But just wanna ask something, while driving the car, will you hear the engine sound inside the interior?

So far i found the Con side of Teana 250xv is the engine sound intruded into the cabin too much when i accelerate it (>3500RPM) . Compared to Camry, then Teana engine roar much louder if accelerate. However, if i cruise at highway ~140km/h it still ok, engine still quiet... The same thing when i went up to Genting Highland.... accelerate will roar loud... However, don't worry too much, i think it is the firewall insulation material, you may try to do extra insulation on your firewall.

Teana cabin insulation is not bad. But firewall insulation is a little bit bad... If you open the bonnet, you still can see a small piece of insulation material goyang goyang there without stick properly also the rubber at the bonnet is.... not tight at all.

Congratulation on your new car and you will agree the driving is superb. only side effects is fuel consumption, which i know you've factored that when you purchased 2.5 model

as for the sound, i would not worry much as you do not hear sound that loud, except if you press the excelerator fullest. I did notice engine roar (which personally i love) when i press excelerator padde fullest and reached 200 KM/ph (on the straight MEX highway)

Anwway, do enjoy your car, expecially on long journey smile.gif
