QUOTE(flexstone @ Mar 29 2012, 11:06 AM) Dear All, So far i found the Con side of Teana 250xv is the engine sound intruded into the cabin too much when i accelerate it (>3500RPM) . Compared to Camry, then Teana engine roar much louder if accelerate. However, if i cruise at highway ~140km/h it still ok, engine still quiet... The same thing when i went up to Genting Highland.... accelerate will roar loud... However, don't worry too much, i think it is the firewall insulation material, you may try to do extra insulation on your firewall.Just get my Nissan Teana 250XV, it is totally a nice and luxury car....very nice to drive.. Teana cabin insulation is not bad. But firewall insulation is a little bit bad... If you open the bonnet, you still can see a small piece of insulation material goyang goyang there without stick properly also the rubber at the bonnet is.... not tight at all.

QUOTE(flexstone @ Mar 29 2012, 11:06 AM) Dear All, Congratulation on your new car and you will agree the driving is superb. only side effects is fuel consumption, which i know you've factored that when you purchased 2.5 modelJust get my Nissan Teana 250XV, it is totally a nice and luxury car....very nice to drive.. But just wanna ask something, while driving the car, will you hear the engine sound inside the interior? as for the sound, i would not worry much as you do not hear sound that loud, except if you press the excelerator fullest. I did notice engine roar (which personally i love) when i press excelerator padde fullest and reached 200 KM/ph (on the straight MEX highway) Anwway, do enjoy your car, expecially on long journey |
