Guys, 2moro maxis TTDI open or not?

TTDI is closed on public holidays

seems everywhere no stock. really no idea which maxis centre to go..

One of my good friend is also trying to buy herself one IP4.

Looks like no luck for her even LYN have no idea where can have stock.

I was damn pissed yesterday. Was looking for a 2nd IP4 since 2 weeks back. Since i got my 1st one thru appointment with maxis they won't allow me to buy a 2nd one without contract.

So fine, they told me i can go to any maxis centers and try my luck if they have stock.

I heard some rumours saying stocks arrive every weds and friday. So yesterday morning before 9 i waited outside Maxis Center Klang and finally when they opened they told me there we no such things as stock arriving on friday and say they got no stock. Damn pissed and off i go.

Then later of the day i FOUND stock in pavilion. GREAT!! but they won't sell it to me. They said i have to sign contract. After few minutes of 'smooth' talking, it got me no where and i started to get pissed. So i called up 123 as usual and made some noise. But they won't allow me to lodge a complaint against Maxis Pavilion.

I am really not very happy with how maxis handle this, anyway i can lodge a complaint? hehe.

not allowed you to lodge a complaint against Maxis Pavilion? why?

i dont think anyone can stop you to file a complaint.. ask them to give you case reference number & you can demand someone higher level to call you back

of course, if term & regulation stated you are not eligible to purchase without contract, then no use lo. but at least can give them some feedback

well, i got mine today at KLCC. arrived 7.45am, enter 8.30am, called to collect number at 11am, registration etc at 11.35am, fin processing everything around 12.15pm.

i was the 21st person & 2nd last person to get the 16gb. probably they only allocated 20/20 for 16/32.

contract? or buying outright?

contract. but the sales representative told another buyer bout the details "if" u're buyin w/o contract instead of sayin "kenot sell outright".

This is crazy. I don't understand why is it so hard to get an iPhone?

it's only a phone. and i m sure there are no GLOBAL SHORTAGES of iPhone 4. You can easily get them online.

AFAIK there's no International warranty for IP4 like iPad am i correct?

I m damn pissed already, and I've decided to get one from Apple Store SG. Fark the local warranty. Fark Maxis. Been a loyal customer for more than 10 years and this is how you're treating me. If anyone from Maxis is listening or even reading this.

Mabbe can get outright like how some lucky forumers when they met the right staffs by luck.

have an ip4 from maxis which i bot 5 days ago, and this morning i realized it has 2 stuck/live pixels when i was looking at a black screen/picture..

can i ask for replacement? its not dead pixels tho... will they replace new set or refurbished?

I just got another unit of iPhone 4 from maxis which is not signin any contract :D maybe I'm the luckiest one, went Once to digi and maxis centre just asking for stock availability then they told me can get on the spot, i strAight away sign for digi And buy outright purchase from maxis without hesitation
