I just notice that the KP Properties is launching a new development project. The project called "Viridian Cheras Idaman", Semi-Detached, located at Taman Cheras Idaman, Sungai Long. (source from the 288 Facebook).

look like the developer really making the $$$. He is our Tycoon now. haha

If those of you bought your 1408 sf for RM480k, it is selling in the high regions of RM500k liao. so you already earn RM100k from the time you bought.

Can't make any installment first...unless u throw bunch of money to low down the interest charges.It call flexi loan package but actually
not so flexi..coz the money u throw in now only can withdraw after the property completed n move in.... vmad.gif

Is real, sub-sale for PV10 size 1272sf is selling not less than 350k with 1 car park. Those with 2 car park and high floor could go further.

Interesting part is still got ppl go PV sales ofice ask whether PV10 and 12 put for sales, is showing demand is there.
