I borrow from MBB, BLR -2.3, lock in 3 years, semi-flexi and they can offer me up to 40 years tenure if i want.
So better to drag longer period to free my Cash flow or with shorter period of loan? Any advice? hmm.gif

yup. my package offer is last year nov, think they knew the economy is getting better so offer higher log in period. however, i am sure they can appeal for you...depends on how they do for u and if your record is good, sure no problem.

my advice to u apply for all those panel banker and bargain with them once u got any offer by showing other bank offer to u ,sure they can get for u..

actually HSBS also approve similar package as OCBC but they came back to me quite late after long time appeal

Hey guys, d agent advertised 288 for sale at some local newspaper, particularly ChinaPress "property classified under a small section" for long ago, imho, this is unwise move actually coz a good project like 288 should not appear over there, it seems many unit left and low demand.

What are you guys opinion? I would rather they publish in Iproperty, propwall, thinkproperty, guru so on...

Are you meaning that by publishing in the papper for the property classified section will lead public's perception on this project to be a low demand project?


If this is what you mean, I am quite agree lor.... but that could be published by some property agents (they are trying to expose this property to pub as much as possible..)

Depending on which media....but appear in the small section under classified in ChinaPress is not nice. It makes d project cheapskate. I agreed it could be selling agent not KP.
