lease hold 1272 can fetch 350K :S

PV3, PV5, PV6 1328 can't fetch more than 350K oh my gosh~ :S

i just feel that if PV10 can fetch 350k and above

why not the freehold PV3 (1272), PV5 (1272) and PV6 (1328) cannot fetch more than 350K? prolly thanks to the festival mall and widen genting kelang like u said?
