Yup.there will be mbo cinema...but 1 thing im very concern, mbo,superstar karaoke all is favorite hang out for bohsia n bohjan...add with the danau kota crazy midnight market sure hav social problem.make this area low std liao especially those illegal roadside stalls...wat a mess... unless come in taiko like starbuck,coffee bean or even papa rich then can upgrade a bit...hehe.

At least talking about sport, we hav golf range, 2 badminton court, 2 futsal field, bowling etc.full of entertainment n food section.just suit the taste of younger generation.

Car park for PV phase 6 is RM12k, existing phase asking about 14k, why we have to pay 20k or even more, its 50% premium compare to others, esp SG with 2 free car parks.

I hate the SA always mentioned RM40k freebie, nuts la, I can have the similar things for about RM30k if i engaged outsource designer, they already marked up not less than RM10k still proud to said RM40k freebies.
