eh no la the DIBS scheme is ony for 3 years ge wo... after 3 years touch wood if not yet finish we purchaser kaki have 2 bare ge wo....\

cybertechmkteo, although the SG is giving the higher discount up to 8% but this is not indicated in the S&P. After the project completion if you intend to sale, no one will know what the original price you have bought.

But 288 is different whereby the S&P is showing the original price before the 5% dicount. if I want to sale i can show to the buyer the S&P the original price that i bought. Which mean i already guarantee earn the 5% profit. That my view. haha laugh.gif

u can't compare in this way

you should compare it in this way

House Price before discount for SG/288 = 550K

SG SPA = 506K after 8% discount from total SPA price
288 SPA = 550K after 5% rebate from down payment

44k/550k = 8% paper gain instead of 10%
