Shit i do alot of kickboxing/ futsal i gootta drop tha?

If you want to bulk then you have 2 options:

1)Eat 6000-7000 cals a day to compensate
2)Cut down on the futsal/kickboxing

My friend who is in the same situation chose number 1 but he still loses weight with 9000 cals a day!

You need way more than that for gaining.

Start thinking in terms of whole chickens and more good carbs.

QUOTE(razorboy @ May 8 2011, 09:55 AM)
logically it you put it this way, I mean, if we're running short on breath after cardio into weight training, wouldnt it be wise to maybe put the cardio maybe a couple of hours before the weight training?

Just a thought.  hmm.gif
*
5 mins brisk walk on a treadmill shouldn't cause you to run out of breath!
