I understand the concept of eating out but you make it sounds as if McD is the best thing since sliced bread,as if without it you can't have enough energy to train or get a good body.

I don't care what you look like,I have more important things to think about,Seriously.

Btw in real life people eat McD cause its convenient, hence fast food literally.

I just don't get whats your "thing" with McD,why not KFC?

Illegal stuff cannot be discussed here.

You are too young to be thinking of juice, get a decent base first.

Trust me,you ain't gonna become John Cena with 10 eggs.

Btw 10 eggs = 60g of protein,that ain't a lot.

I personally think it's easier for a fat guy to look massive, than for a skinny guy to slowly build up mass
*
Fat guy here!

Its easy to look massive with a hanging gut,it ain't easy to be massive and lean.

Hey pedro
U read anything on ketosis?
Ive been into it for quite sometime and thought that its a lot more practical than carb cycle
But just wanna know if carbs in milk should be taken into account
I know i dont count carbs in greens like brokoli though
Haha

Also, my goal is as approved by terry, 2200 kcal per day and carb intake is 5% of my calorie intake
Its correct la kan if 5% out of 2200 is 110 and given 1 gram of carb = 4 calorie
That means my carb intake is 110 kcal/4 =27g of carbs per day la kan?
*
Actually I was on ketogenic diet for about a year, works great, only problem I got was when I decided to change diets, any amount of carbs would make me bloat.

Btw I limited my carb intake to the minimal, only from veggies/milk/cheese.

We should have H & F meetup this weekend. Maybe lunch. Anyone interested? Make it very casual, it's not an official meeting or anything. I've already met pedro, jamis, angrydog, John91, etc and they're all mellow and nice people.
