I used to train at 9/10 pm late night....is that advise to have some simple carbs as post workout?

ok,this is embarassing

I think i hurt my knees.but weird,not from leg workouts.
it just suddenly pain,when i bend my knees.. not from the bone,seems like tendon anyone face this before?but i stil able to squat .. |
