any good exercise/idea suggest for rounded shoulder?
getting serious but have no idea..
try to strike a balance between upperback and chest but it seems don't work

I used to train at 9/10 pm late night....is that advise to have some simple carbs as post workout?
trying to minimize fat gain

but i tend to have smelly farts nowadays
i dont take milk,only eggs
no whey
anyway to cure this ?

yea am bulking..
i dont use whey now,afraid not enough protein
i dont count micro nutrition
how's my family cook i just take very very small portion of rice,sapu all the dishes
but my family rarely buy chicken instead of pork .
so eggs is the only way to get sufficient protein for me

btw.wrist hurt.therapist suggest i do more wrist curl the strengthen my wrist and forearm
guess its a good reason for me to start doing forearm exercise

I think i hurt my knees.but weird,not from leg workouts.
it just suddenly pain,when i bend my knees..
not from the bone,seems like tendon
anyone face this before?but i stil able to squat ..
