hey all just to ask some variations of bent-over barbell row
i just slightly bend,pull to the lower waist and i feel my armpit down there is pulling
some big guy correct me should be bend at least 45 degree,then pull until upper abs if i am focusing for upperback,but for this i hardly feel the stretch of back muscles and more strain to lower back instead

need some correction,too much variations out there

anyone in bulking phase facing stretch mark problem?
damn i have a lil stretch mark at my chest-delt side...
i am lucky guy when i am diet down 30kg last year i dont have stretch mark ..but now just put on a lil weight i started to get stretch mark ? wth?
