no i dont do cardio
i try squat down,when i reach the deepest and bending my leg i feel somethings pain,not from bone
its like tendon .

so its better for you to start up with a balanced diet?
recently i just switch to high carbs and basically all my meal consist oat

So... the total reps is basically around the same, instead the one that i did today is heavier with lesser reps on each set (does that mean less TUT? ) Both some what awesome and torturous. Which one would be great for hypertrophy ? or just swap it time to time just to trick the muscle ?

lol dude,i was actually following the 2nd routine,strength keep goes up
but not much on hypertrophy
guess i will lower the weight and go for hypertrophy

eggs and chicken is so expensive nowadays
30 eggs cost me around 8.99
1 eggs contain 7 protein
8.99/30=0.30
0.3/0.7=0.04 protein/cent

scivation whey 10 lbs around 250
serving size 160
250/160=1.60 per scoop
1 scoop 22 protein
1.60/22=0.07 cent per scoop

.......

less chicken for me nowadays,1 kg cost me around 8.60 in market and i was like wtf?
