Prioviously i was trying to hit high reps as follow
64lbs x 8
94lbs x 8
124lbs x 15
154lbs x 8
Dropset 154 x 5 -> 134lbs x 5 ->114 x 5 (There goes the stars)
Total Reps: 54
Today
64lbs x 8
94lbs x 8
124lbs x 8
154lbs x 8
184lbs x 8 (struggle)
174lbs x 4 -> 154lbs x 5 -> 134lbs x 6 (There goes the stars)
Total reps: 55
So... the total reps is basically around the same, instead the one that i did today is heavier with lesser reps on each set (does that mean less TUT? ) Both some what awesome and torturous. Which one would be great for hypertrophy ? or just swap it time to time just to trick the muscle ?
lol dude,i was actually following the 2nd routine,strength keep goes up
but not much on hypertrophy
guess i will lower the weight and go for hypertrophy

I was severely caloric deficient so I had a Mega Mac and 2 double fillet o fish burgers and was tempted to have one more double grilled chicken burger. That was.... a few days ago.
