whey is fast acting protein. protein blend is slow acting.
generally whey is cheaper than protein blend.
*
Just to chip in, whey is fast acting and casein is slow acting protein.
Blends are actually a mixture of fast and slow digesting protein, the ratio of fast and slow proteins in a blend differ from blend to blend.

I doubt it's his one rep max.
He's probably hitting those figures during regular training.

NICE!!!

i enjoy doing chest dips, but I got a question bugging me...

betweent narrow-grip and a wider-grip chest dips, which focus more on the chest pecs?
*
I think it's the angle of your body that determines that focus. Straight up and it's tris, a 45-60 degree angle and it'll replicate a decline bench press for the pecs.

No probs chica. Happy to share with the bros at the gym.

You'll put it to better use than me. Black powder seems like a hit and miss pre-workout supp. Works well on some, doesn't work at all for others.

Too skinny.
6 pack doesn't mean anything when you don't have the frame to back it up.
