need some explanation on diet say my goal is on keto and i've reached my goal based on my macro requirements e.g. fat 100g, carbs 27g, protein 220g but calorie intake is just 1800 kcal now, my usual aim is 2000-2200 kcal do i still need to up the calorie intake? or just focus on macros? i know calorie counting is pretty much overrated, so please advise.
