need to have the mind muscle connection and its also probable that in the case of pulldown, ur using more weight that what you can actually pull
similarly in the case of your pull ups, u might be using ur arms rather than ur core and back to hoist you up

only you can correct that mistake bro
trial and error and go by feel

ff curve is nice (better then all the other ff's ive been so far - avenue K, menara axis and i heard the one at empire is not suited for weightlifters)

as for shisha, darklite dulu like to go for shisha sessions so much so that once he said he owed his strength in the gym to that substance

brothers
need some explanation on diet

say my goal is on keto
and i've reached my goal based on my macro requirements
e.g. fat 100g, carbs 27g, protein 220g
but calorie intake is just 1800 kcal

now, my usual aim is 2000-2200 kcal

do i still need to up the calorie intake?
or just focus on macros?
i know calorie counting is pretty much overrated, so please advise.
