If u dun look at it fr far u wouldnt feel sked wan hor. I beam as support footing is just similar to some condo or commi hor. Afterall dev ll just tutup all i beams b4 vp.

Just avoid buying such project la. U wouldn't know if those units further inside collapse due to structural failure ma. If dun trust dev then dun even trust wateva they build on tis.
Not difficult to comprehend I suppose. Anw it's all individual preference. Mana tau 200yrs later tis project becomes museum and history of malai le. Sure high value hor. But I won't be around to witness tat la. |

Looking too high up of oneself usually kantoi really fast.
1acre how many units in ER??? Fact is fact. A bit of hard work n humble attitude can save u some big bucks. I won't even bother to pay 4.1¢ for a project which destined to fail. I can't brain the decision. And I onli know many agents calling up at one point asking to buy cos many leftover. How in the world need UT???
