**Sharing with you a few of my "PERSONAL INVESTMENT RECORD"! Cannot lie, Cannot hide, Cannot Bluff... Cannot cover! Its a proven history!

**Everything that i invested are all shown clearly in the category of "TOP & MOST WANTED" list in Propwall websites. All these statistics are FACTS derived from the "Search & Demand" by computer systems.
1. Did i make the right choice by snapping x10 units of total (6000sf) of Summer Suites in 2014 November at the price of RM800psf? While it is VALUED at RM1250psf today October 2015.
**In less than 12 months capital gain of 6,000sf x RM450psf (gain) = RM2,700,000 (PROFIT unmaterialise yet).
**Question is; many people in "LOWYAT FORUM" are bashing Summer Suites saying its rubbish, dumping price, desperate sellers, no tenant, bla bla bla... In less than 3 months Vacant Possesion already tenanted more than hundred units. U dont believe try walking into Summer suite lobby and see how many property agents and negotiators there actively bringing potential buyers & tenants up and down.
2. Next is, SOHO SUITES, KLCC... 5 years ago, I entered in 2010 at the price of less than RM1000psf. Even my close friends says i am a DUMB INVESTOR buying risky property. I bought x3 and in 2013 i sold x1 unit premium price of RM1600psf and kept 2 happily rented until now.
3. 2012, i invested x4units in Puchong Dual Key Flexi Suites (The Wharf) at the price of only RM280psf x 1561sf/unit (Zero Down) and today banks easily value at RM450-500psf. Honestly speaking, its slow there however Got tenant wana rent but i dont wana rent coz low rental. So i keep, coz installment very cheap only. Atleast got doubled Capital Gain. **WHO CARES**
4. Then in 2013 when i wana buy a oversea property called (THE BATTERSEA) in LONDON, UK by our Tan Sri Liew (SP Setia Founder) with the Price Β£420,000 for 500sf 1bed studio. Its about Β£800/sf and RM4000psf. All my "working class" friends say i stupid, crazy, risky... Euro property bubbling again...? Zzz... But my businessman friends say "if like it then buy lah"... Cumon 1st 10% = Β£42,000 got 8% discount so only pay Β£8400 to sign SPA. 2nd 10% pay 18months later. Supposingly it was meant to invest for my sister who now resides in UK as a long-term investment. But somehow, in 2014 Q3, some agents offered Β£600,000 that there are genuine buyers from Indonesian Chinese & Americans. Eventually i decided to let it go, and never imagined that such a mini studio investment in London could possibly generate such a MASSIVE BOMBING PROFIT.
5. Next is, Recently i invested in a mix combination diversified portfolio of block lots consisting of Service Apartment, Duplex Suites & Retail Shops in Kota Damansara (EMPORIS). And then again... many LOWYAT "Property Tycoon" Forumers bashing saying it is another rubbish again. All these property tycoon lowyat forumers no work wan meh? Or retired? Everyday nothing to do hiding themself behind, cannot see face, cannot see profile, who they are actually? Why everyday must curse me or curse whatever i invested? πππ Anyway lets see lah few years later... I also no eyes to see. Let GOD DECIDE... Lol
6. Next is, recently i also bought a Super Limited Edition Super link Villa close to 10,000sf house (Corner unit with additional compound landscape features of maybe 4000-5000sf) in EMPIRE RESIDENCE, Damansara Perdana. Its only "16 Units" and my lot "No.16" same as my Office lot also "No.16", in chinese meaning (Wan Sek = Cari Makan). It is clearly shown in the "Most Wanted Category" Damansara perdana is highly sought after. Aiyah.. No eye to see lah, Another highly kena complain and bash or sabotage by those property tycoons in LOWYAT FORUM again. I also dunno why these people are so free everyday really nothing to do, forever say this one bad, that one bad. Then which one good? Agong punya rumah la pergi beli. ISTANA NEGARA... Zzz...

For all my buddies and friends who know me well enuf knew i have shortlisted something which will be 3-4months down the road from today in "PUCHONG, PUTERI HILL TOP" another one of the most sought after location. Price range ah...? RM500,000 residential la. What else? U guys know i am very serious and dont simply talk chicken sing song.
**CONCLUSION**
Most of the properties i have invested all falls within the "TOP PROPERTIES" & "MOST WANTED" category;
1. KLCC
2. DAMANSARA PERDANA
3. KOTA DAMANSARA
4. PUCHONG
Honestly and Humbly speaking, i was once like all of you without experience, without knowledge, without capital, without leverage & financial profile, without networks.... I tried so hard because i only had this 2 word in my mind "FAITH" and "BELIEVE".
I dont care!!, end of the day i just followed & listened to my instinct. Just followed the succesful investors because they have experience, and also rich people to buy what they buy.
Now 5 years have gone... These PERSONAL INVESTMENT TRACK RECORDS are not able to delete, removed or being forgotten. It can only be DUPLICATED.
Until today... I am still very often being called or scolded as a "STUPID or DUMB INVESTOR", if you dont believe go into LOWYAT FORUM and u'll see some people keep shooting me and address me with funny funny names and scold me like noneed capital. Hehehe...
Am i really that stupid ka?
