my and pAnGuInDa seems to be having bad luck with DHL lately, should ship all our stuff using standard shipping instead

hmm maybe i should go change the stuff I PO to standard shipping haha

getting tired of complaining mah

in this few months, I got 1 late shipment (complained and get free replacement), 1 stuck shipment that somehow manage to return to Amazon (complain again and get free shipping and refund), 1 broken case, totally cannot close the case (i got full refund for this one), so actually it's not too bad, since that's only 3 out of 16 shipments

My Alien & Last of the Mohicans has already arrived can watched over the weekend

I bet some of you guys here must be having one big headache.... not so much because of the delays caused by DHL / Amazon, but if you don't stop doing this --> , might cause concussion to the head!

According to my experienced in these 2 months, if the problem is will DHL, then, DHL only caused me 1 or 2 days delayed. In these 2 months, only Amazon gave me 1 problem. That is my pre-order for American Beauty, which after around 1 week of release date, their just shipped to me. But for that, Amazon waived the remaining priority shipping changes worth around US$60. So, my recent parcels with priority shipping actually free of charge. Of course, their still charged my BD costs.

Do DHL ship during Deepavali? My shipment is stuck since 11:03 AM, it has reached Malaysia though.

Today, west malaysia is public holiday, so I don't think their are working. After all, their need to follow Malaysia's employment act, right?

But East Malaysia still working since east malaysia didn't celebrate Deepavali.
