1. do you have any issue with custom clearance when shipping to malaysia?
2. any region issue?

I have it. Not the best in AQ as the LFE being cut off at abt 25Hz. Better wait for extended ver and pray hard that they do not limit the LFE

The pre-order prices and the dropped prices during the 1st day of release is really making me uncomfortable. Imagine if this happens for the rest of the pre-orders for the year. Might as well just purchase after it's released.

I think sometime DHL US is quite lazy.  My parcel already pick up by them for more than 24 hours but until now the status still remain as "Shipment picked up".   

Make me wonder are their going to deliver my parcel or not. 

I just write a "love" letter to DHL.

In the end, still need to contact Amazon US. 

I just sent an email to Amazon to confirm the actual date that DHL pick up the shipment.  Seem like DHL push back responsibility to Amazon US.    I think likely is the fault of DHL. 

is our blu-ray players here region free for DVDs or is our DVD players here all are region free

I think unlikely will reach you tomorrow cause it is impossible for them forget to scan at Cincinnati (US), Hong Kong and Singapore hub.  So far, no information said that their already reach any of these 3 locations.

I've checked and confirm that the package has been shipped via DHL.

When shipping volume is high, packages are processed in bulk, and the first time a package is scanned may be upon arrival at a regional hub near the destination. In some cases, tracking information may not appear until the package has been delivered.

Calm down, clam down    Don't need so worry.  We got tracking records and your parcel never lost.  Even if lost happen, their will soon send replacement copy.    I will give them time until next Wednesday before write to them.
