Keeping quiet on long after received parcels is better than complaining on every tiny issue. tongue.gif

Actually, it helps AMZ with their customer service and the way their deliveries are sent out. They'll be able to track better and understand where missing shipments have gone.

Say long delayed shipments are missing, they resent the packages and you get those long delayed shipments. Great to let them know about it so they can update their systems with it.

And most of the time, from a price perspective they're not going to care about a small shipment which eventually arrived on your doorstep months later. But it's still nice to let em know, so you're not a thief.

Salt BD for Rm75, and RM5 shipping for Klang Valley. Rm10 for other areas. Cheaper than AMZ? blink.gif
Is there a catch to this?

Bro, at the end they gonna tell you to keep the stuff. Am i right?
May as well keep quiet and save the hassle of typing nice wordings to them. But i do agree with you that, the approach of being honest would be a shrewd move of course..

Better find out in detail if there's any catch behind it. But RM75 is reasonable tho.

recently bought some old US BD titles, seem like US version nowaday not so US anymore...lol, cos the discs came with no white sticker, no BD-live guide pamphlet, some even worse no small black tag stick inside the case (warner title), make me felt the discs look cheapo..kidding.
