watches generally categorized into mechanical and quartz....

quartz is powered by battery which to me is lame (personal preference, don't bash me..tongue.gif)...
mechanical watches are powered by either your body movement (automatics) or by winding the crown (handwinding models)..

the two things that i admire about mechanical watches...sweeping second hand (although there are quartz smooth second hand) and transparent exhibition caseback that allow me to see the inside...
haha..really depends on which design you like...
your budget? style preference (sporty, dressy, leather, bracelet)?

Anybody knows where to get Spring Drive series in Malaysia? The main distributor does not carry this series.

I like sweeping hands and clear caseback also...but Spring Drive is so expensive..haha

it has black dial version also...
