Hai 1st time here. I'm not aware we have Seiko forum here.
I owned a unit of SKX007J. Bought it from chronograph.com. I replaced the hardlex crystal once (done by Thong Sia in their KL office) because I brought it for SCUBA diving and scratched it underwater.
So far so good. I think the accuracy of my 7S26 is better than my 7S36. I'm more than happy to wear it anytime anywhere :-)

I'd pick Seiko than Casio because of the movement; pure mechanical watch is so much win.

I'm buying SBDX011, but that is if and only if I become a commercial diver next year.
Where you source that JDM Seiko? SeiyaJapan or Higuchi?

I don't know any Seiko specific promotion going on now. However, I saw 25% off from some shops around KL.
Man since I got my SKX007 I stop hunting around already. Literally, the watch completes me. I bring it everywhere. I bring to swimming, diving, shitting and pissing, eating, repairing engines, maintaining compressors, pulling wires, changing oils.
Sleeping only I take it off.

Is Orient mvmt as robust and accurate as Seiko's? I like the idea of having reserve indicator there. I poisoned a bit when I see that picture.

I guess. The shipping cost is quite attractive, at least compared to my previous international shipping cost I used to pay last time. US60 from US&A to KL. At US15 that's yummy.

I replaced my scratched glass at Thong Sia for RM80. That's for a hardlex crystal. If sapphire I don't know.
Bro iamadrianlee, how's the feel of that kinetic mvmt? I think the natural upgrade path is from automatic to spring drive LOL.

That diver Spring Drive is SBDB001, yours for $4,378.00 via SeiyaJapan.
Bro highwind85 with your lustful taste of Spring Drive, I'm sure you can afford it soon.

Based on the look between SRP043K and SKZ327K, I'd pick the former. The former looks less busy; I love the arabic font, and the rotating bezel is more or less like the famous SKX007.

I personally won't go that far for a quartz. For a pure mechanical, yes.
