Well, imo, it's not about can or cannot. Its about what we want, our expectation.

So, how much price then only they will make it like Park Residences? 1 million?

PS1 initially sold at 150k++, PS2 is more expensive, but i don't see how good is the spec.

Park Residences, Bangsar South, initially sold cheaper than SG (quoted from Webby), so why can't SG be slightly better than Park Residences, Bangsar South?

yes u r correct but bare in mind that Bangsar South is already a MSC Cyber Centre
1 million or not i have no idea. prolly 6-700K or anything i dun really have any idea.

Build excellence is in terms of quality not as in premier life style...

this is just my IMO. like u said is our expectation, hence i always lower down my expectation so tat i wont get disappointed LOLzz....
like cannon oso pull out bcoz it's just a normal condo somemore dun have jacuzzi, dun have sauna, etc etc well i oso know park residence dun have dunno y....
i do not expect SG to built something similar to Park Residence

and oso i change is coz of the unit layout

ok like tis

Type D a bit unique compare to ABC

Type D 1st thing open door can't c balcony --> good
2nd thing = the master bed room door doesn't face toilet door directly

like wise the rest of ABC,

all their master bed room door face directly to the toilet and oso once v open the door can c the balcony directly

so not so good..

Not really care about genting actually, to me, its either KLCC view or no KLCC view. furthermore its all block by 222/288,

wonder if unit 1 (D type) able to see KLCC from their Balcony, due to the placement of the building.

Do not reference to Binjai 8 as it is a Soho and it comes only with cement render.

Actually 288/222 blocking SG is a very positive thing for the non KLCC view. Looking at 222/288 a modern building is better than the eyesore you get behind 222/288.
