I've heard that UOA using CONQUAS standard but don't know whether they apply in SG project or not...If yes then quality shouldn't be a problem, if not then.... brows.gif

In short:

It is use to measure workmanship scoring. High CONQUAS score means a building with good quality workmanship.

Material is not included in this scoring standard... smile.gif

Hi all taiko,

How is this SG compared to UOA new condo in Happy Garden? Looks like the one in Happy Garden is quite nice and price wise not much different right?

umm. aren't anyone a bit concerned if a project is build too fast? i prefer high rise projects sticking to about 2.5 years or around there for completion from start till end. build too fast will make me worry for the internal building quality like plumbing and structure whether they can last long enough before problems arises.

SG at the point of launching has much more value than Happy Garden I think. So you buying Happy Garden?
