hi Small Potato, u seem quite well versed with the progress and situation in SG, can you help with the following questions ar sifu..

1) are there still a lot of units left? besides the one you recommend
2) what are the freebies that's still applicable? 5% discount still available until now? if so, we only need to pay 5% for downpayment right?
3) is the DIBS still applicable for any purchase now?
4) the showroom is now in bangsar south only is it?

1) Yes. A lot ah.... But mostly are high floor now...
2) Kitchen Cabinet and etc, you go show room then you will be able to see those with sticker... smile.gif No, you have to pay 10% downpayment, as the 5% discount is not after S&P price.
3) Yes. Applicable.
4) No. At site. Just reopen again in last 2 weeks. ^^

IMO I'm still willing to pay. .4 -.5 for a condo no choice now. I'm lucky to bought a semi d below .6 last year for own stay. Will go to the show room thos sunday maybe. I quite like uob project saw the one in cheras tmn midah nice
