I've worked for both Malay, Chinese & Indian bosses... All oso the same... They get the credit even though sometimes the employee is the one safe their butts...
Its got nothing to do with race... Personally, you've got some serious issues...

to make a point
most small companies are so, heck most doesnt mean right also, i know a number of people whom go work 9-6 balik,OT ade but rare, there are the folks who work in acc firms, damn they are getting shit
btu tto be fair, my mates from overseas, taiwan, jap, sg and korea
we got nothing on em seriously, want to compare hardwork they pwn, want to compare industry output then pwn,
people soo ahead and we are thinking eh, we need cut extra hours, then argue low pay, then argue why cant buy imported goods
For example, if you look at Banking sector, their employees are pretty much protected... Like when I was working in a VERY prominent bank in Malaysia, max OT is 2 hours, basic RM 2000, OT is 1.5, 2.0 and 3.0... Great right? But only for execs... Clerks, well they getting less than that but they are still pretty much covered...
But in another company I was working in, they were abusing employees to the max... I used to work like 12 hours a day and 6 days week... Audit time worse, had to stay longer... The reason is, boss will give work cuz got limited time... Directors expect everything immediately... So because of that, the boss force employees to work long hours but we don't get paid OT or aren't even given Medical benefit... salary was around RM 1500...
One more person working in that company for nearly 15 years working under same condition but salary was RM 1200... Somemore, nearly 50 years of age, hubby retired and due to medical reasons, can't work... Plus got 3 kids who are still in primary school...
You can't say Malaysians are generally lazy... That's not fair... But if they are, when you see companies like these, can you really blame Malaysians not having the motivation to work harder? In fact most of them should be depressed... Work hard, earn peanuts, no time for kids... That kind of life, you should go insane...
