Problem is Malaysians don't work smart, don't think in structured ways, and bosses have no sense of work/life balance. So end up "Malays are lazy, Chinese just talk kok politiks all the time"
This all = how the f Malaysia can start becoming developed country of course people think twice before investing here.
Actually, this is very true... Mainly because in schools and college or uni, students are not thought to think in such ways... This all = how the f Malaysia can start becoming developed country of course people think twice before investing here.
Malaysian bosses believe that employees = slaves... The moment you don't OT, they question your loyalty to the company... Even by law, employees cannot work more than 48 hours in a week (if I'm not mistaken)... And yet, you can see the enforcement is so bad... You'll find that employees are not willing to compromise since they've got no choice...
But most Malaysians don't see this is the root cause of all those racial problems..

They all watch too much Hong Kong drama must also have drama drama at work all the bloody time.
Seriously though the issue is Malaysian work culture.

For the record I am Chindian
Exactly... In Malaysia, bosses will claim, "why reduce productivity??? Force employee stay back and work 12 hours... Afterall, we paying big salary (when actually, the employee is only earning peanuts)"...Seriously though the issue is Malaysian work culture.
