Anyone getting connection problems? Not so much a total disconnect but a lot of R0 (even though a continous ping -t to the server is 110ms at most, no packet loss), chatting is working with no lag when I'm getting this R0.

Possibly related is Steam has a problem holding a connection as well.

I'm using either 118.x.x.x or 60.x.x.x (no p2p/etc background traffic)

Are you at an area with alot of players? It happens all the time even on FFXI (Juno especially near the AH).
One is connection lag, other is PC lag trying to process all the players in the same area.

However, I'm not using Streamyx, and my PC is only low-mid range.
