the easiest way is open any sms from Messaging, then there will be a popup for you to choose Messaging or Handcent, underneath there is a checkbox to use as default... so make sure that checkbox is checked when you select Handcent. Then, handcent will set as default.

after you have set handcent as default, you have to disable notification from Messaging Settings, else you'll receive notification from both of the apps.

never read never knw, it seems alarm may not working for certain times if according to those linked thread. worrying..

i got some problems.

- when using the phone call, meaning during call, the screen will off itself after some seconds, for some reasons, if i wan to use the dial pad during call, every time i have to press a button to turn on the screen again. i found tis is quite annoying especially when u r calling to helpline where u need to key in ur option of service. any good app to overcome tis?

- when typing using built-in samsung keypad, press on every single letters will also have vibration. how to turn tis off? how to disable vibrate when typing for tis "samsung keypad"? i checked others input method can turn off the vibration one.

does garmin support android ?

for now garmin is exclusive to ASUS android phone only

about the Astro file manager, to transfer all the apps to main SDcard, we shud go under tools>application manager/backup rite? and all the apps will be move to the sdCard ?

is this the correct way? coz my internal memory is getting low..need help guys..

bro, u cant do tat. apps cant installed into sd card.
we still have to wait for android v2.2 (froyo) for tis ability.

so for the time being, we jz can install apps into internal memory.
jz some reminder, usually games take up more space if compare to apps.

Astro File Manager only can backup the apps you download via android market to sd card.............cant act like apps2SD

Beware, if it is come with official packaging and disc, then it is original. If they load in software only, then you are paying for piracy.
If you buy, make sure it is original. Do not support piracy, at least commercially.

P/s: Garmin is still way better after a week of usage, sadly not available for G5.

on SD. the only thing installed on internal is just the apk file.
