Dont pick up phone after that & Block my Number & Whatapp. I Try using other phone number sms ask still available item, he say yes.

This is what i saw online one of the victim get back his money back salah seorang mangsa yang sudah buat laporan.bawak je ke Tribunal Pengguna.. buka fail RM5.. saya dah buat.. saya kena tipu online RM450.. beli Camera Nikon.. dia kata ada org lain guna acc dia.. tp Hakim perintahkan dia byr balik dlm tempoh 14 hr.. klu tak penjara 2 thn @ denda rm5k @ kedua2 sekali.. tp kena bwk bank statement yg tunjukkan kita transfer duit kat dia.. itu je.. saya dah MENANG!!

Item was totally different from what was advertised. After making me wait for 4-5 days he merely sends me a term of the sale which is as follows:-

This is despite me clearly asking him to double check the model and the specifications. I banked in the money upon his confirmation of a specific product.

Needless to say Mudah.my was of no help. Thats why its better to go to trustworthy websites like Lazada, Ebay or even Lelong. I was getting too bold buying things online. This was a good and thankfully cheap lesson.

Will lodge a report at least for record purposes if nothing else.

He sells PS 4, at start seller was very nice. Showed me the receipt, the PS 4, told him to take more pictures from more angles to make sure it's not something from the internet and he did. Also told him to send me photos of himself with the PS4 and also a picture of only himself. He sent everything, very convincing. Showed me that he has 4 games left, 1 already sold so can pick one out of the 3. Even after banking in, he still replies to my messages. Said his brother posted already, wait he will send me more pictures. Then the next day, I asked when are you going to send? He still replied, brother forgot to send yesterday and is having off day today so still sleeping and will ask him to send when he wakes up...then after 4 hours+ passed, I asked again and he didn't reply anymore and blocked me, Whatsapp only shows 1 tick and no more last seen below his name.

Photos of him might as well be fake...sigh. Was too naive..recommend people not to buy anything through mudah.com unless COD only.

Conversation started on Wednesday, 25-11-2015. Lasted until 27-11-2015 before he blocked.
