Details of the complaint :

31/10/2011 - Searching for blackberry curve 8520 at mudah.my..then interested with someone yg offer 1 unit for RM380 & RM700 if i take 2 units.deal with him to transfer from my CIMB acc to his Maybank account by tomorrow morning & he promise to post the phone after i do the transaction.

1/11/11 - Transfer RM700 to his Maybank acc no. 162311741287 atas nama ZARIN BIN MD SOM.then sms him that i already transfer the money.then he reply yg dia ada urgent matter yg dia kena solve kan & claim that dia tak dpt hantar barang tu waktu pagi.wait until tengahari then i sms him again.this conman told me yang problem dia blom settel n janji akan hantar sbelom pukul 5.still waiting but no respond.sms him again suruh hantar today.he told me he cant post the item & will post by tomorrow.i'm not agree with that n suruh hantar by today.sms not delivered & call tak dapat.. .call CIMB customer care & as for opinion. then at 2a.m make a police report.

2/11/11 - Go to Maybank & ask if my money already masuk dalam acc this F***er.they told me that he already take my money yesterday at 4p.m. & will block his acc immediately. huwaaaa...

someone help me get the detail such as address or whatever else..

Oh man...You do interbank transfer from CIMB to Maybank on 1/11 and you expect him to post the same day? Come on la...the money will only be credited to his account after 6pm what depending if you made the transfer before noon. After noon the money will only appear the next day. Or did you use CIMB instant transfer? If not how can he ship before confirm receiving the money. So of course he could not ship on 1/11.

Since you said the money has been confirmed by bank he received already on 2/11 then he should be able to ship today. That's why I said you should give him time.

If you don't have patience and give reasonable time for seller to ship then you shouldn't buy online

Doesn't seem right for me:

1st. Interbank transfer normally take 2 days.
2nd. Transfer on morning 01/11 but 4 pm on same day he can take the money already?
3rd. You transfer on 01/11 morning and expected seller to sent on same day. remember this is interbank. No seller will sent before see the payment.
4th. how bank know seller take your money not his own money?
5th. As I said in previous post.

Yes the same day but credited into his account after 6pm! So that means he can only post the next day. You can't expect him to post before confirming payment receive. Post office close already at 5pm dude. You do know this right? Poslaju also need to send before 3pm if you want to receive the next day. How to send when payment credited after 6pm? Logic la he did not post on 1/11

No...not possible. I have made countless payments via cimbclick before to maybank and if you transfer before noon the payment will be credited after 6pm. This is stated in cimb click website. I'm not sure how TS manage to get info from maybank that the money is already transferred to seller's maybank a/c. Usually if you are not the a/c owner you can't inquire about someone else a/c. Not unless you're are the polis or something. I personally don't like to listen to one person's side of story so it would be better if we can get explanation from the seller.

But you do remember that this case is from lowyat transaction so there is no point bringing this here.
