Cant you see this bog/website is a total crap? Crap topics, the sidebar is FULL of malicious ads and ambiguous contents. My pc browser stutters for a second while loading it.

In my experience I visited many heavy sites and never once crashed. This blog might have badly written CSS and flash contents. Yes, a browser shoshouldn't crash at any condition but why would you visit such website.

EDIT: Bro did you visit that website yourself with OS 2.0.1 browser? Or you just simply quoted that guy? I just visited and it didn't crash at all.

Hmm weird, mine didn't crash but anyway until now my surfing of my usual sites haven't crashed, on previous OS it crashed only once. I didn't have problem with video playback so i don't know if anything is fixed.

Yeah it uses call verification, need a working number... If you have a secondary number without data plan maybe can use. I have but I don't use because most people whatsapp my main number.

lol I see, my main number is blackberry 9780 with bis so yeah... secondary number just to call and sms so can be made into whatsapp if I want. But expired, don't want to pay since I don't use it.

Sorry to disappoint you bro, playbook cannot play APE file, even FLAC also cannot what not APE. The only lossless u can play is WAV. No other player can play.

Not like other OSes have native support for APE anyway, at most also FLAC only. Try convert to WAV or M4A (apple lossless, same container as AAC but not sure will it work). I myself is an audiophile, have a lot of lossless files too but I don't listen much on my playbook since I have a dedicated mp3 player. So I just convert them into 320kbps and load them into playbook.

Never crashed in facebook, even in OS 2.0.0.7971 regardless of full or touch site. Though, I usually use the touch.facebook.com site because it's beautiful, smooth scrolling, easy to use and support most functions except chat.

Hmm I almost never use full facebook and I always used the touch site... Always can load.

Bro, not ALL android apps/games work in the android player of playbook. You should have known this right? Temple run doesn't work after being converted.

Any apk can be signed and converted, but it gave an error (force close) when launched.

Actually one of the greatest selling point of playbook is blackberry bridge, because you can use your blackberry phone's connection and surf UNLIMITED (without any quota) since everything is under BIS service.

I only pay RM20 for maxis BIS bonus for my phone, then bridge to playbook. RM20 = unlimited data including streaming in my playbook! Also not to forget the bridged BBM, calendar etc.

If you buy playbook without a blackberry phone, it is fun to use too, I bet you won't like any android tablet anymore when you own a playbook. You can always use playbook with wifi which is faster though need to find wifi spot. No regrets getting a playbook, really. Since you don't use BBM, you only lost the bridge unlimited internet (oh ya, and remote control using the phone).

I am using go launcher also... Actually prefer not to have launcher but certain apps need launcher to multitask. I only set it to have one homescreen and hide unwanted icons so it's still okay for me.

I must use because friendcaster pro should hv 2 icons, but in playbook app list only show one icon and it is not the main app. Have to use launcher. So far my Go launcher 2.8 is smooth and with only one homescreen and no widgets, it rarely hangs.

Also, go launcher has built in task manager, can kill running apps inside the android player.

Most sideloaded apps work with bridge connection... I haven't encountered any app which does not work under bridge yet.
