Why is this project so expensive?
It's leasehold right? And there are thousands of units here. Other than MRT, what's the unique selling point for it to hit above RM 1500 psf?? |

Today in an article by ho chin soon, circle line not coming to Klec, I think this will affect the sales in future. Why spsetia never lobby to get mrt in

if circle doesn't come to KLEC also ok. there is a existing direct line to KLCC, Sentral.
