that was more than 4yrs ago....1000psf....

I also paid 1000psf for a property at Klcc precinct...more than 6 yrs ago.....FH summore.....

you cant justify the pricing by looking at historical pricing. Would anyone wanted to sell Vogue for 1000psf NOW?

Circle line still not contracted yet.......
Mrt2 is 2020/21............CL will be much later.

Viia was from 1600psf.....even market recovered, wouldnt it is cheaper to buy vogue than viia?

I never had the privileage to browse thru the colourful brochure for Vogue.....don't know how buyers can accept the concept like this......

Passed by eco city the other night.
On the direction of facing bangsar south....only 4 units got light on . .

Super jialat.

Sentral residences have slightly more lights on....

For rental market most investors wont wait for developer to fix defects. Time is money. They will furnished it up quickly and put on rental market unless its major issue.

not all locations are competing against each other. some are complimenting.

I don't foresee TRX will be 'cheaper' than BS or Eco City anywhere.

Even without trx i dun think hsbc will build hq in bs or eco city
Both locations as their pros and cons.

Financial institutes will likely to go to trx. Other services may not.

Even cimb is relunctant to go. I dun think mayban keen also on trx.

within KL ECO City lah.......

Eco City is bad luck. Vped in the wrong time. Imagine Eco City Vped in 2009.....it will be a force to be reckon with. Bangsar South will play supporting role.
