I contacted them, they said there are still units available, price is RM1200sq.m

I think RM1200sqf is for lower floor, higher floor costs more. Not sure how is the sales going ?

They still have unit left?

I went there more than 1 year ago and at that time almost sold out...left only a few units...

I remember the price was around rm1200persqft

I had reading from Marc Faber. He claims that reccesion will 100% happens either in Q4 2012 or Q1 2013. Will this be any risk for me if I takes a unit now. Please advice.
