Properties prices are sky-rocketing and when I looked back 3 years, prices are much more affordable. During 2009, after the aftermath of sub-prime crisis, everyone was skeptical & negative of investing in properties. But now everyone are buying into properties like 'herd instinct'....grabbing any new properties that are launched .

Went to their office today. Anyone here cana suggest ways to get more discount instead of 3+2% given. Buyer introduce buyer get 1% off... I am seriously considering this unit... Anyone can share its NEGATIVES point. Most of the buyers are MNC companies... They invested in the company and some take it for their CEOs accommodation use....
