Properties prices are sky-rocketing and when I looked back 3 years,
prices are much more affordable. During 2009, after the aftermath of sub-prime crisis, everyone was skeptical & negative of investing in properties. But now everyone are buying into properties like 'herd instinct'....grabbing any new properties that are launched . |

Easily cost more than 1mil.. definitely not everyone's game.

Went to their office today. Anyone here cana suggest ways to get more discount instead of 3+2% given.
Buyer introduce buyer get 1% off... I am seriously considering this unit... Anyone can share its NEGATIVES point. Most of the buyers are MNC companies... They invested in the company and some take it for their CEOs accommodation use....

Oh wow, the penthouse boutique offices look amazing! With the RoL project, this could become a stunning waterfront property, something you can't get around KLCC no matter how much you can pay. BBB!

If 50% signed SPA, meaning still got chance ppl (facing mid valley 2r unit) cancel? Aiya, have to call them regularly to check the status.. Sound a bit desperate leh!
