i'm using adjustable for half year d...
my suggestion is,

if u stay at those area with lots of bumpy road, stock absorber will suit u more,
unless u will suffer as i do..
haha

but if ur area is more to highway or straight n flat road, get adjustable!!
since its hard a bit, when u do cornering,
HELL yes!
60-70km/h no problem..
but must have a stabilizer bar to achieve better result~

or u can use stock absorber + racing spring...
not  bad also~

duh.. 1 can adjust 1 cant...

if auto, i am sure ur electric of ur car is not sufficient, or not strong enof,
i am going to get a Voltage stabilizer soon,
becoz i heard ppl said vs that sold by 1 fellow here is good, will increase the smoothness for auto car gear changing~
donno la.. for me, i will get a 70s battery rather than 60s.. haha,, coz the size also bigger,
if ur alternator die, at less u still can drive for few more km until u reach ur mechanic

11km per liter with all things added... Mine is maintaining 12.5-14km per liter without VS+GC and is a heavy footer.... And using RON95 since the day 1.
Plugs also using cheapo Bosch Super 4 and changing every 50kkm.

I JUST WORRY my 1.6 alternater is strong enof with a 70's battery then after install, i cant feel anything.. then rm150 gone.. T_T

1.5M, 2003. Highest km per liter I made was 16km when the speed is 70-90km/h.... Now average is 90km/h on city while on open road >120km/h.
But some key points I've done since the day 1 I got my car :
1st - 4th gear RPM always <3000
using semi oil and change every 5000km
always check braking system(got 1 time left front brake got problem resulting bad FC of 11.5km/l)

As said, Wynn's is the best but expensive. Other than that, 3M will be good also...

i dare not drive too fast.. the most 170km/h.. and not confortable d..
the most comfortable speed for me is 140km/h..
