i don't suggest u buy ori ds3 at lowyat
coz i bought 1 and feel like fake when compare to my 2 old ori ds3
even at a big shop...

Guys i need help with my PS3. I am using a DELL 24" monitor as display for my PS3 (connected using HDMI cable). It was all fine a while ago but now i cant get the monitor to display anything from the PS3. So what seems to be the problem? The PS3 is running fine since i can still hear it in the audio and I am using the same monitor while typing this.

Any help will be appreciated.

Try to reset your PS3 to default settings. With the power button at the back unit turned on, hold the power button on the front panel until you hear 2 beeps.

You mean resetting the display right? Done that but still I only get a black screen.

Ya resetting display normally solve the problem. Perhaps try using the composite cable?

regarding sixaxis,i'm trying to turn it ON,what happen is,the 4 lights blinking slowly(suppose to blink fast),and never turn ON,when i use a usb cable to charge it,then only it will turn ON and blinking(charging),if without the usb cable,it'll keep blinking slowly and never ON,anyone experience this?i've google it,but did't find any resolution,please help..

I found the solution to my problem. Just unplug all the power cable from both the monitor and PS3 and restart the whole system after a few minutes. I guess this has something to do with the monitor not recognizing the HDMI input.

Can anyone tell me how does this USB video capture thing work? USB end goes into PS3 but what about the 3 color connectors?

not ps3... Easycap usb plug in to your pc usb and you'll record from ps3 multi-av output...

so far only EA games now come with online pass, which needed to play online. If its aldy used, then u can purchase at respective psn store to buy that online pass.

the code however can only be use once, tied to one psn account only.

you can still play games offline.

anyway ps3 games are not like pc games where it requires activation before playing.

MGO only required 1 Konami ID.can play on any account or console bcoz once u get in the game it will request ur Game ID & Password.so,if u go to ur friend house and play the game but using ur Game ID u still can load ur character.if u want to register the ID got o this site Konami ID

Guys, I have a problem. Bought my ps3 a few months back. And since 2 months ago, the ps3 will fail to read game discs occasionally. Nothing will appear on the xmb. But it only happens once in awhile. But today it wont read at all.. I tried a number of games and it wont read any. Mine is the 120gb slim sg set. Anyone knows the best solution?

it seems my fat ps3 touch sensor is not working...i can turn it on using the touch sensor...but when i try to eject the BD and switch off the console ..its not working...i had to use the ds3 to switch off the console...any solutions?
