Hey havocx,
I received my kindle 3 yesterday, right on the day you said it would arrive.Thank you for sending it out so soon. Wasn't expecting it this week. What a nice surprise to receive it this week. I was kept updated almost everyday, the delivery time was almost instant, and the package was very well packed. So, thanks for it all and you have my highest recomendation. |

First for all i wound like to say thanks a lot....I've received my item yesterday......Hoooreyyyyyyy!!!!!!!  u have done a good job on the packing...the package is wrap well and when it was delivered, I've received in good conditions....u really update us and put on effort on our bulk. Excellent service....Thumb Up! 5 Star!!!!!!!  Please do continue a great service on this forum....  Btw i have one question, does our kindle came with warranty? if there anything happen how do we want to claim it. Thanks again ya!  |

The Kindles come with a one year warranty valid from after the date you made payment to me. Should anything happen to the Kindle though just get back in touch with me, I'll provide you the order number (can pass you anytime actually) and you can send it back directly to Amazon. Once there and it's repaired/replaced they will need a US address to send it back for free within US. When the time comes I'll provide you the address and payment for the shipment back to Malaysia will be of your choice, I'll just inform my friend on the choice of shipment back that you choose. |

Got my kindle few days earlier than expected (surprise indeed) and would happy to work with havocx in future if I needed anything from Amazon again.

Now thats a little like looking at the glass like its always broken, If you saw the post of the folks getting the Kindle (I dont wanna use customer, they would be if I made money out of them, I dont, Amazon does) correct, there was problems earlier, but now I post back the question to you You would not see them back right ? That would mean they would have at the start experienced the problem as they were not able to replicate the exact scenario to use the Kindle in Malaysia, once given the right instruction and they followed it through, all are them are really very happy campers. |

Malaysia would celebrate Mothers Day on 2nd Sunday of May. If you order about 2 weeks before that it should make it just nice. In fact, if you manage to place an order now with me, you should be getting it right in the first week of May. If you are following my bulk you would see the timing has been pretty consistent to be about 12-14 working days for the Kindle and the items to arrive. Yours should be no different
