WHOA buddy! Who's running the bulk here, me or you ?
If you look through the history of the Bulk, there are many others who have just created an account in the Lowyat forum just to place an order, there is nothing wrong with it.
What would be suspicious is if its a new account but offering to sell something expensive at a really cheap price and not willing to COD. That's when alarm bells should be ringing.
Otherwise its perfectly fine.

A person with 25 100% rating and someone with 12000 91% rating, ill usually go and choose the 12000 rating since he is consistently delivering well as opposed to a 25 rated newbie

Heya buddy, you asked for a quote for these,thanks for your interest, unfortunately remember the title of the bulk, heavy items bulk. The weight of this item is too light to be at a desirable cost savings for shipping. Unless you have a small item but worth RM200 for instance or multiple small items to be shipped in.
For items like these, its probably best to find one in the local store as shipping alone will be very prohibitive to bring them in. Ive sent you a quote however.
