Hi to all forumer in this thread. I got a question/story to share with U guys. Pls forgive me if I post it at a wrong thread.
I'm a Celcom user and now I would like to switch to D coz of hunger for ip4. So,I terminated my sub-line and register for D. I waited for couple of days for my line to be ported to D. So, I called DC and they said my line has been rejected cause got sub-line. I asked them to re-submit my form for the 2nd time and the same thing happen again.
When I called to the Celcom center...they told me tat my sub-line was only temporarily disconnected. And thr is no outstanding in my master line and also my subline. They said the sub-line will only terminate after TWO MONTHS coz is the PROCEDURE. If I would like to reactive bek...I would have to write a letter to the celcom center and request them to activate bek my sub-line with RM 10 charges.
Izzit true got this kinda PROCEDURE...? Is thr any ezy/faster way to speed up this PROCEDURE ?

Really bro ? Are you sure about tis ? I do Agree on bro afiq2819. Celcom has annouced it for a very long time...but din see any 'miracle' happens also.

Yeah..heard it since last october i think..if its true,they sure advertise it on tv & newspaper..but its a greattt miracle if its true..so,keep on waiting guys..

I'm alrdy tired and done waiting...Is thr anyway I could speed up my process in getting switch into D ? Other than getting a new number off course.

I have a sub line too, I encountered the problem so I went to the centre and cancel the sub line then I switched to M

I think you should go to the centre and try it there, I went to the ttdi celcom.. Within the next few hours one of the cs representative called and asked why I wanted to switch I told tem because of ip4 she then said thank you for the answer lol

I terminate my sub-line at Last Saturday and as day goes by...I could only wait for the line to be ported. I alrdy ask the fella frm D to submit the form for 2 times within this week. Tis afternoon I called the Celcom center...Only today they told me my subline was Temporarily Disconnect. I still rmb the 1st time I called Celcom(The day after I terminated the sub-line) and asked them. They said it was alrdy terminated.

hi guys, yesterday i went to celcom centre just to asking whether celcom will come out with iphone 4 plan or package whatever as i very2 hunger to iphone 4 with celcom..unlucky they said that celcom will only waiting for the iphone 5, instead of iphone 4 as maxis and digi already got right become the dealer with package.. so, celcom will take a step forward to become the only one for next iphone 5.. tension2..

at laaaast...........just get iphone 4.............from garage sale.............tired waiting celcom...........but still use it with celcom lines.........
