Guys, who ever tried zip their own rom before?
what program you use to zip the edited rom?
i extracted the zip file and delete some .apk inside...
then i rezip it using 7-zip....
but i just unable flash it....
when it start to process the zip file, then it will jump back to the choose zip from sd menu
help~~

i am using WinRAR
no need to unzip then zip back
just direct delete from inside the zip!
done a few times and all no problem

only thing is my camera no H.264 720p
weird...

This work, but no way to push apk file inside right?
Will tell you whether my camera H.264 720p works or not later after i have done....

officially sent my Desire to SiS glenmarie for screen check..will update later if it is defect or just manufacturing installation issue..

What happen to your screen?

Please share the findings so ramai-ramai can claim if it is a manufacturing defect.

@draco82, sure you can push the apk inside.
i have tried pushing the teeter inside. no problem
but think install separate easier since can remove it later!

can i use my wildfire goldcard in my desire so that i can flash my desire back to stock rom?

just got call from SiS..they konfem problem with either lcd or touch panel.. or both..

now already changed the touch panel..under testing up to 6hrs or so..

if still got prob then gona change the skrin..

conclusion, tomorow can get the Desire back. and only 2 of above mentioned are the key problems.

However, i didnt felt any malfunctionality issue though..just annoying..

who cares..its FREEEEEEEEEE (warranty)!!!!!!!!!!!!!

yea..heard that 7.7 is quite buggy. if 7.8.1 is stable, might want to upgrade from 7.6.1

by the way, do you find 32.48* radio better than 32.44* radio?

How you push file inside zip? there is no paste option available,...

Ori sets covers all i guess.. AP set only covers a certain parts, you need to check especially how long is the warranty for the display panel and etc cuz it differs from AP set to another AP provider.

AMOLED is more blacks on white. S-LCD and AMOLED, AMOLED sure looks nicer in my honest opinion. Not much difference in sun visibility i guess since both sets have quite a gap between the cover and the display which makes the sun reflection even more. S-LCD is so called battery saving but for HTC Desire, im not so confident about it. AMOLED uses less power for blacks and dark colours, LCD less power when displaying white and bright colours. Batterylife depends slightly on your usage. Web browsing has a lot of white. You may google up on AMOLED vs S-LCD. There is quite a number of relevant answer to your question. For brand new set, im only familiar with x132755. Nice guy indeed

omg... i just browsed tru and it seems like we have paid apps already now... but the price in RM is so expensive.. lol
