How long you leave your phone to charge? Charge with open?
Not sure it is true or not but i think the phone will cut off the charging once it reach 100%....
If i disconnect the battery around 10 minutes after it full, normally it can remains at 100% for quite long time....
But if i leave it whole night charging with phone on, then it will drop to 98% pretty fast in the morning(sometimes just a few minutes)...
If i charge the phone in off condition, this wont happen....
If i'm using my phone (game or call) during charging end near 98% or 99%, once i unplug when it full, it will drop to around 97% or 96% very fast (less than a minutes sometimes)...

I'm on supervillain for couple of weeks.....so far so good....
stable, and reliable....but cant customize much....
most of the file also install to system and not local....
so i go back to modaco r9 recently~~

then you download those root original sense rom, removed the installation file from the zip folder and flash it (still you need to root) ....
*some roms tend to shows broken when you removed something from it and cant be flash, not sure why~~

Cause not all people know how to use adb~~

It is pain if you dont root it~~haha!!

Yes, amoled and slcd has different board, impossible to switch screen from amoled to slcd unless change the board together...

i create a2sd+ in cyanogenmod 6.1 which without a2sd+ function..
works great~~

Most of the rom works, but not sure about original, you can check on the threat
but you need your phone rooted~~

Download the zip file and flash it in recovery or using rom manager....
after that run two command using adb...

Been using that radio for few weeks.....
battery life is draining faster....
but gps is damn good.....
previously need few second to lock to satelite, but this radio need only 1 or 2 second~~
i can even lock gps in my room which previously cant~~

Most probably is your partition problem~~try to repartition...
if you have linux or ubuntu then try check using them,
If not, there is adb code out there teaching on checking ext partition work or not~~
