Since we're in the topic of disconnections, is it just me or does the SEA server have very shitty stability? 10% of my ladder losses are caused by random disconnections from battlenet, or maybe it's the fact that I'm using wireless =O

Wireless is not very reliable. Even in my home just simply pinging www.tm.net.my , for wired my ping is consistently 18-21ms. Then once I change to wireless N, the ping fluctuates from 25-90ms. Not noticable for web surfing, but less reliable for online gaming. Sometimes it would lag for no appratent reason, only solution is to reset the whole wireless part of the router, then it'll back to normal.

Lol unfortunately for me I'm playing my SC2 on a laptop, in my room, with no LAN sockets, if that's what you call them. Desktop's GPU's fried so it's a no go, and I'm just lazy to play outside my room =O

just want to pitch in my experience..

I'm using wireless network for my gaming PC right now.. my connection is quite good so far, no lagging or jerkiness that is noticeable..

however.. this is after I changed my wireless network card to external USB wifi device and it even have an external antenna connected to it.. my previous wifi device gave me all sorts of connection problems

so the moral of the story is.. if u are using wifi, try to get the High Gain wireless device that have 6inch antenna attached to it.. now I can even get near full bar reception from my neighbor's house tongue.gif
