From EC to MK only 7km or 9 mins...DPC only 9km or 11 min but both must pay toll.. still think ppl will drive to see the mall

Empire city buyers shld knw tht they are almost gona sign a few more TOP LUXURY brands tht will be their first outlet outside KL.

we dont knw wht plans they have for the future. maybe gt new route leaving the mall etc. I still think the mall will do very very well.. lets wait n see..

this mall got mid end tenants ah? need 80% mid end 20% luxury to survive.

Nope.. will affect but not kill.. this one will be the most beautiful mall in Msia but hopefully pipu actually shop in the mall n nt just look see.. Empire city mall phase 2 will be opposite of this mall.. Im wondering how all the luxury hotels in empire city gonna perform with so much of competition within EC itself. I drove by tht day but couldnt snap any photos.

Haha.. they almost signing on Loui V brand.. i will post the tenant wishlist here later.

They shld mix garden n MV in one mall.. its doable like KLCC.. gt normal brands inside also.. must focus on FnB also.. msians prefer to makan than shop NLA is 2million here.. gt more than enuf space to fit in mid end n high end brands.

Empire City has just signed on a few more top tenants nvr seen before (cnt reveal names)..

I strongly bliv this mall could be the best mall in South East Asia..

a few of them luxury brands sign on.. some almost gona sign..brands will be midscale plus upscale..

anyone here knows hows d access to n frm empire city ah?

No.. some luxury many mid n mid high end.. all mixed up into 1 mal..maybe like MV+Gardens in 1 mall..

Not sure about the rest of the list but some nightclub will be thr la..i think empire damansara has some hip places.. Access to this mall remains a bit of an issue & they SHOULD lobby for LRT3 to passby end here..

We have confirmed that SELECT Group from Singapore will operates few of their signature F&B brands in EMPIRE CITY Shopping Centre.
There are consists of;
1. A Theme Food Court located at LEVEL ONE with approximately 40,000 sq ft.
2. Hong Kong Sheng Kee Dessert by SELECT Group.
3. Hill Street Coffee Shop, a place where you find yourself surrounded by the aroma of freshly brewed Kopi or coffee in Hokkien, strong flavours of kaya, mosaic flooring, marble tables and the hustle and bustle of a coffee shop in the golden era.
Overall with a total retail space 45,000 sq.ft will be leased by SELECT Group.
