big tenants wont go in simply.. even LV took years before they went in gardens while burberry was d ori kid there... empire subang jus check most fashion tenants doing well or empire city wont be able to even get half their tenants.. But agree 100% with yr sustainability question

this soxo product moving forward, memang best time to enter is after all the dirt has been cleaned.. somehow i feel better to buy a subpar workmanship product (which has been/can be corrected) above a future highly successful mall rather than a nice product above/beside a future failed mall (damansara many).

mall only openin in april 2016..we reported dis b4.. We got speak to retailer aso abt dis mall..many wana go in compared to other new malls but i caution their bade lots hard to clear..

If no holding power then btr sell cos most of the tenants i post will be going in.. One day maybe I post how Christmas in EC will be like..

Until then just wait n wait.. jus like pavi own damenz mall delayed, most malls are often delayed!!

horible carpark thr.. anyway its mall vs few shops.. can benchmark against empire subang track record

on a side note i see no progress to the flyovers or even the mall..r they doing anything ah? april may seem like 5 months frm now but it doesnt mean tht they cn finish ir by then!

few month ago i change side on this mall..

Progress is TOO slow if any, it may never be opened..from 2014 delayed this end of this yr..now maybe 2017..investor n mall owner every day losing thousands if not millions..

How will the soxo shit be if no mall??
