Thus, we will soon to have 2 excited fashion brands of athletic wear - LULULEMON and LORNA JANE!

Boss, there is a clause in all retail agreement which sounds like opening date may be subject to change.. rclxms.gif rclxms.gif my friend jus passby the place, he said looks like a nasty abandoned building but im confident with d mall..

boss, being realistic here.. recently i makan in ED n leaking everywhere they got a some workers standing jus to contain the problem.. the toilet also dam screwed up with concrete still all over the place.. the parking is DAM dangerous as very ezy to have accident due to bad plannig for basement carpark... most shops nt doing well n only matchbox quite full rclxm9.gif rclxm9.gif

But I'm confident with EC mall shocking.gif shocking.gif

I'm gona offer a very differing opinion n think this mall will do VERY WELL n will shock many naysayers.. The tenants list & CONCEPT here will bring ppl from all over the place.. 1u will be affected as EC WILL BE the best mall in the area brows.gif brows.gif

since u so expert i tell u what, u prefer mall with confirmed date to open yet few/NO tenants or one that has high occupancy with good n lux tenants but taking time to finish d d mall?

Most famous/big/successful malls DELAYED their opening date but made sure tht good occupancy n almost complete fit out during day 1..

sorry if i offended you with my strong statement but u were strong as well hence the reply.. nevertheless lowprice boss has given his expert advice n his words are few n rare to come-by..

now that we know the dates are almost certain n the tenants are n the access is good, how else can we taruk this project

Well, another well known international fashion retailer - ZARA is coming to EMPIRE CITY SHOPPING CENTRE with its TOTAL outlet size 17,000 sq.ft! Currently there are total 9 outlets in KL & PJ.
